Wake County Senior Games are open to people ages 50 and up who live throughout the Triangle region. Wake County residency is not required to participate. All participants must be a North Carolina resident for three consecutive months of the year.
Individuals compete for awards in their own gender and age category within five year increments (50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90-94, 95-99, 100+)
In 2021, the Wake County Games will be held virtually. Detailed instructions about how to submit videos and photos will be sent out to registered participants. The official 2021 SilverArts Events are listed below.

Heritage, Literary and Visual Arts entries must be submitted by May 1.

Art Entry Eligibility
All entries must be original works of the artist. Work must be created after age 50 and within the last two years.
Heritage Arts entries must be the work of the individual, not a group effort. One entry per category. Patterns may be used, but no stamped pieces will be accepted. Framed work must be securely wired and ready to be hung (no serrated hooks or string). Framed works can be no larger than 36″ x 42″, including matting and frame and no heavier than 40 pounds.
