FUN COMPETITION

Wake County Senior Games are open to people ages 50 and better who live throughout the triangle region. Wake County residency is not required to participate. All participants must be a North Carolina resident for three consecutive months of the year.

Individuals compete for awards in their own gender and age category within five year increments (50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90-94, 95-99, 100+). Official 2024 North Carolina Senior Games Rules Book.
