FUN COMPETITION

Wake County Senior Games are open to people ages 50 and up who live throughout the Triangle region. Wake County residency is not required to participate. All participants must be a North Carolina resident for three consecutive months of the year.

Individuals compete for awards in their own gender and age category within five year increments (50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90-94, 95-99, 100+)

In 2021, the Wake County Senior Games will be held virtually. Here are some details about how this will work:

  • Find your sports below and review the rules and details for your events.
  • Participants will complete the virtual events and submit their personal results (scores/times) in an electronic form. Activities may be completed at home, in neighborhoods or other locations depending on the needs of the competition. Any fees associated with the location used for activities is the responsibility of the participant (ie- bowling).
  • The activities should take place in during the month of April. All results must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on May 1, 2021. No scores will be accepted after May 1.
  • Submit scores to all of your athletic events on the WCSG score submittal form (below). This form can only be used once, so do not use the form until you have completed ALL events and have your scores ready to enter.
  • Doubles, Mixed Doubles and teams should have only one person submit scores for their competitions. If multiple team members submit a score and the scores are different, the lowest of the scores will be used.
  • A copy of your score submissions will be sent to the email provided on the form.
